PURPOSE:To prevent a freezing of a unit by a method wherein a disk-shaped heat exchanging element is made rotatable and each of the parts of the heat exchanging elements is alternatively moved under its rotation between a cold air passage and a hot air passage. CONSTITUTION:A part where a suction passage (cold air passage) 3 to suck the surrounding air and discharging passage for discharging hot air in the interior (hot air passage) 4 are crossed at a right angle is formed as a cylindrical space to make a storing part 5 for the element body 6. The element body 6 is constructed such that the disk-like heat exchanging elements 6a are concentrically arranged on a rotating shaft 8 with a desired spacing, the rotating shaft 8 is arranged within the storing part 5 with the same being coincided with the center of the cylindrical spacing of the storing part 5 and it is gradually and slowly rotated by a rotary driving motor. Therefore, the part A of condensed water which is mostly freezed can be always or intermittently moved to rotate toward the part D where the freezing is hardly occurred, resulting in that the freezing can be prevented.
