PURPOSE:To form a uniform coated film thickness on the whole area, and also to form thickly a coated film of a printing surface by coating an emulsion on a screen material printing surface, and thereafter, extruding the emulsion only when a squeegee is lifting, and coating onto an ink applying surface several times. CONSTITUTION:A screen material M is held by clamp fixing bars 21, 22 of a supporting mechanism, and squeegees 35A, 35B are placed on both its sides. In this state, in the first process, an emulsion is coated from a screen material printing surface side by operating squeegee operating mechanisms 50A, 50B. Subsequently, in the second process, from an ink coating surface side of the time of printing, the emulsion is coated several time by extruding it only when the squeegee is lifting. In this way, a uniformly coated film of the emulsion can be formed over the whole area of the coating surface, also the coated film of the printing surface side can be formed thickly and printing can be executed with a high accuracy. |
