PURPOSE:To reduce the mechanical load of a coil, by providing the coil at the lateral close position not substantially contacted with a rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:An upper plate 1, a lower plate 2 and an opposed yoke 3 are clamped by a clamp screw 15 and lateral yokes 4 is further attached. A rotary shaft 8 is attached to bearings 10 provided to the upper plate 1 and the lower plate 2 in a rotatable manner while an internal yoke 7 having a magnet 6 attached thereto is provided between the lateral yokes and a coil 5 is provided around said yoke 7. The coil 5 is adhered to the coil receiver 9 mounted and fixed to the rotary shaft 8. Because circuit is formed of the internal yoke 7, the magnet 6, the coil 5, the opposed yoke 3 and the lateral yokes 4, the rotary shaft 8 is rotated when a current is supplied to the coil 5. By this mechanism, the mechanical load of the coil can be reduced.
