PURPOSE:To eliminate the color noises of a fixed pattern produced on a screen and to disable detection of those noises by changing the transmission order of chrominance (color difference) signals for each field. CONSTITUTION:The vertical synchronizing signal separated and delivered from a vertical synchronizing separator circuit 14 is supplied to an EO15 via an FF16. Then the EO15 delivers a line sequential switching signal which is inverted every H and every field and supplies it to a control pulse generator 7 and a switch circuit 17. The circuit 17 delivers the color difference signals R-Y and B-Y supplied from a decoder 4 as the line sequential color difference signals which is switched every H together with their transmission order changed every field. Thus the circuit 17 delivers the sequential color difference signals in the order of R-Y, B-Y, R-Y - in the first field and then in the order of B-Y, R-Y, B-Y - in the second field respectively.
