FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to laparoscopic surgery. Endoscopic surgical instrument comprises flexible tube with movable inner string. At distal end of string actuating element is located, made in form of needle with sharp end and eye. Needle is made in form of wire loop with spring-loaded side cheeks. Drive is made in form of lever and handle, which is connected to proximal string end.EFFECT: endoscopic surgical instrument allows to mark border between tumor and healthy tissues, provides possibility of tumor resection with outer side wall of stomach at its location on its inner side fixation due to threads, brought through wall of stomach, and thereby preventing displacement of gastric mucosa during resection.1 cl, 8 dwg |
