发明名称 MAGNETIC FIELD INTENSITY VARIABLE MAGNET
摘要 PURPOSE:To give variety to magnetic intensity by changing temperature by a method wherein a spin rearrangement material, the magnetizing direction of which is changed by temperature, and a permanent magnet are formed in one body. CONSTITUTION:An alloy (N-alloy) of composition of Nd(Co0.90Ti0.05Fe0.05)5 indicating the phenomenon of spin rearrangement is formed, and a cylindrical sintered body 21 is formed by performing an ordinary permanent magnet manufacturing process. Separately from the above, an Sm-Co magnet 22 is prepared, and the N-alloy sintered body 21 and an Sm-Co magnet 22 are adhered using resin. Moreover, the Sm-Co magnet 22 is magnetized in the direction of plate thickness. The magnetic field, located at the position B (the position located at the point 3mm. away from the end face on the side of the N-alloy sintered body 21) located at the point 15mm. away from the end face on the side of the Sm-Co magnet 22, is measured on the center axis of a cylinder while changing the temperature of the N-alloy sintered body 21 by sending out infrared rays. As a result, the magnetic field is suddenly changed at the temperature of approximately 30 deg.C which is the TSR of N-alloy.
