PURPOSE:To eliminate substantially the need for adjustment after alignment of optical axes or the like after assembly of lenses and to provide high mass productivity and high performance by joining integrally the 2nd lens via an adhesive agent to the lens face of the 1st lens and fixing the flange part at the circumferential edge of the 2nd lens into the annular groove of the 1st lens. CONSTITUTION:The 1st lens 2 consisting of glass and the 2nd lens 3 consisting of a synthetic resin to be joined to the lens face 2a thereof are provided. The 2nd lens 3 is joined to the lens face 2a of the 1st lens 2 after an adhesive agent is coated to, for example, one face 3a thereof.
