PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of cooling and lubricationg apparatus by adopting a method of cooling and lubricating electric devices, which comprises the steps of feeding lubricating oil to a gear box, feeding discharged oil to a cooler to cool a motor, and returning the oil to an oil tank. CONSTITUTION:A lubricating oil cooling device 1 is provided with a cooling device 12, and a control power-board 3 is provided with a cooler 4. Cooled lubricating oil is circulated through a gear box 2, the control power-board 3 and a motor 5 for a main shaft by circulating pumps 7, 13. The route is a lubricating oil tank 1 with a cooling device the circulating pump 7 pipeline 8 the gear box 2 pipeline 9 the circulating pump 13 the cooler 4 pipeline 10 the motor 5 for main shaft pipeline 11 the lubricating oil tank 1 with a cooling device. Thus, cooling is performed both electrically and mechanically as a whole to simplify the system. |
