PURPOSE:To prevent blue insoluble substance from adhering on the interior surface of a pipe by a structure wherein a solar heat collector and a hot water storage tank are connected with each other through a heat exchange unit and a vessel, in which a certain amount of corrosion preventive metal particles are sealed, is interposed in a water circuit connecting the heat exchange unit with the hot water storage tank. CONSTITUTION:A corrosion preventive unit 8 is provided between a heat exchange unit 5 and a hot water storage tank 10. Magnesium particles 8f are packed in the cylindrical vessel 8e of the corrosion preventive unit 8. At the same time, a reticular partition plate 8g worked in a disc form is installed beneath the particles 8f. Copper ions in the hot water entered through a suction port 8a are adsorbed by the magnesium particles, resulting in being collected in the vessel in the form of metallic copper so as to discharge the hot water, the pH value of which is shifted to alkaline side with the collection of the metallic copper in the vessel, through a discharge port 8b. As a result, the eluting of copper ion from the copper pipe of the heat exchange unit is prevented from occurring. |
