PURPOSE:To decide on whether revibration of concrete is possible or not accurately by determining work load for penetrating a high frequency vibrator to a specified depth. CONSTITUTION:After one layer of a dam concrete 5 is cast, a high frequency vibrator 1 is penetrated vertically to the specified depth of 30cm or the like at intervals of 10-20min or the like and integrated electric energy, voltage and current to cover the work load required for penetration and required penetration hour are measured with a 3-phase clamp watt-hour meter 3, a line voltage/ current recorder 4 and the like. Then, it is determined easily and accurately based on a correlation chart of the passage time and the integrated electric energy whether revibration is possible or not from these measured value to integrate the concrete. Thus, a concrete homogenous and with a specified strength can be made with an excellent durability and watertightness. |
