PURPOSE:To prevent the flow-out of the high-pressure gas into the cycle and improve the capacity of a discharge valve by forming a valve for preventing the flow-out of the gas in a sealed case into the cycle in operation stop, separately from a discharge valve. CONSTITUTION:The gas compressed in a cylinder 9 is discharged through a discharge valve 12, and reaches the first discharge hole 15 through a discharge passage 18, and blows-up a valve 20, and then the second discharge hole 16 is opened. Therefore, a portion of the discharged gas fills the second discharge hole 16, and others fill a sealed case 2, and also the gas in the sealed case flows into the second discharge hole 16, and introduced outside the sealed case through a discharge pipe 19. Since, during the operation stop, the first and the second discharge holes 15 and 16 are closed by the dead weight of the valve 20, high- pressure gas is not introduced into the cycle.
