PURPOSE:To provide the titled paint containing a monomer having acryl group, methacryl group or allyl group as a binder and silver powder and carbon black as the electrical conductor, curable effectively at a low voltage and low radiation dose, and suitable for printed circuit board, resistor, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective paint can be prepared, e.g. by mixing (A) 80pts. (wt.) of a monomer, oligomer or resin having acryl group, methacryl group or allyl group (e.g. acrylic resin excluding diene polymers) with (B) 20pts. of a solvent, (C) 80pts. of silver powder and (D) 10pts. of carbon black. EFFECT:A coating film having excellent pencil hardness can be obtained.
