PURPOSE:To permit a factory manufacturing of a dehydrated sheet without air bubbles, uniform and consistent in its quality by applying preliminarily water or a diluted hydrophilic glue to a high molecular absorbent prior to the application of the hydrophilic glue. CONSTITUTION:A substrate sheet 1a is made of a flexible, heat sealable, water permeable or non-water permeable material, and a polymer absorbent 5 is placed on it. The polymer absorbent is impregnated with water or a diluted hydrophilic glue 6a, and further, a hydrophilic glue 7a of normal concentration is applied to the absorbent. A heat sealable and water permeable sheet 8a is placed on the items mentioned above. The substrate sheet 1a upon which various layers are, therefore, provided is carried on a belt conveyor 3 and milled by a milling roller 10, and while being uniformly deaerated, the glue is evenly mixed with a composite to which the polymer absorbent is added. Then, these items pass through a side sealer 11, an end sealer 12 and an end cutter 13 that are provided before the conveyor 3, and are heat sealed and cut, resulting in manufacturing of a contact dehydration sheet 14 without interruption. |
