PURPOSE:To arrange so that fluororesin tube may be highly resistant to bending and crushing as well as be highly transparent and plastic against bending by elongating fluororesin tube in an atmosphere having a temperature below a melting point. CONSTITUTION:Fluororesin tube is attached onto a tension device and then is elongated in an atmosphere having a temperature below the melting point of the resin. As a fluororesin for fluororesin tube, resins of ethylene tetrafluoride, copolymer resin of ethylene tetrafluoride and propylene hexafluoride and resin of ethylene perfluoroalcoxy tetrafluoride are available. If fluororesin tube is elongated, its physical property changes so that the resin is plastic and the tube, won't be crushed under bending pressure easily. At the same time, the resin also is flexible and transparency-enhanced due to elongation. |
