PURPOSE:To secure both materials firmly by providing a projecting piece with the hook member on the surface of a first molding material and molding a second elastic molding material on said projecting piece secured. CONSTITUTION:The projecting piece 3 with a hook member 2 is molded on the desired surface of the first molding material, and the second elastic molding material 4 of a thermoplastic elastmer is molded and secured so that this projecting piece is covered by it. This product is adapted to manufacture a ring 15 for a cleaning of a shaver or the like. It is easy to grip the ring 15, since the second molding material 4 is molded by the elastmer, and the sliding motion of the shaver is not abstructed by the second molding material, since it is not necessary to provide the second molding material on a back side of the first molding material.
