PURPOSE:To attain control operation while collecting TM information of a slave station being outside of a control object by changing the order of collection of display/measuring information (TM information) of the slave station. CONSTITUTION:A master station collects the TM information while scanning sequentially each slave station normally. When the control operation is started, while the master station collects sequentially the TM information of slave stations 4, 5...n being outside of the control object, the master station repetitively collects the TM information of the slave station (m) being a control object station with priority. Thus the TM information from the slave station being the outside of the conrol object is collected and the collecting period of the TM information of the slave station being the control object is reduced.
