PURPOSE:To prevent leakage of fluid in a flow path while to increase the delivery by fitting a movable block into a choked recess formed with a cylindrical rotary face to be matched with a circumferential rotary face made in the outercircumferential face of rotor. CONSTITUTION:A movable block 7 is provided with a cylindrical outercircumferential face 7b similar with that of a rotor 5 and a cylindrical rotary face 7a having the center at the pivoting point 13 and fitted in a choked recess 5a formed with the cylindrical rotary face 7a matching with a cylindrical rotary face 5b made in the outercircumferential face of rotor 5. Consequently, leakage of fluid in the flow path can be prevented while since a portion of the movable block 7 will pass at the inside of partition block 4, other portion of movable block 7 which has entered into the recess 5a immediately after retraction will move toward the flow path thus to compensate the variation of volume of flow path. Consequently, the push-out volume of following block 7 will scarcely change resulting in increase of delivery per single rotation of rotor 1.
