PURPOSE:To simplify the mechanism of the mechanical brake of a turntable so as to improve the reliability of the brake, by braking the united rotational force of the turntable which is a rotary plate, lifting mechanism, and disk when the disk is raised to its inserting position and preventing the rise of the disk while rotating. CONSTITUTION:When a disk 60 is to be taken out again, an electromagnetic brake decelerates the rotating speed of a rotary plate 15 of a certain degree. Then a lift arm 40 moves in (x) direction and a lift ring 50 starts to rise. When the lift ring 50 starts to rise, friction is produced between the lift ring 50 which is not rotated and a brake rubber 49 united with a weight ring 47 which is being rotated in one body, and the rotation of the weight ring 47 is braked. When the disk 60 is raised, the weight ring 47 is always raised under a braked condition in mechanism. Therefore, no braking member is used in the loading driving system and the braking member of this device becomes inexpensive, safe, and reliable.
