PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of a fitting position and productivity by engaging and abutting the bottom of a crystal resonator formed by uniting the right and left parts like a U-shape simultaneously with/upon the grooves on the upper end parts of two inner leads, soldering these engaged parts and then cutting off and removing an unnecessary part. CONSTITUTION:The bottom 1a of the crystal resonator supporting tool 1 is simultaneously engaged/abutted with/upon the recessed grooves 3a of the inner leads 3 formed on a stem 2 and respectively soldered. Then, the unnecessary part between a pair of right and left leads 3 is cut off and removed. Consequently, the right and left fitting positions are simultaneously and precisely fixed to improve the accuracy of the right and left fitting positions and the productivity. |
