PURPOSE:To enable lead frames to be supplied to a molding device in a small amount with many types by providing mechanisms for wrapping a magazine with a magazine-wrapping function installed in a robot, wrapping a lead frame drawn out of the magazines with a lead-frame-wrapping function, and then supplying it onto a loading frame. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is composed of two magazine-supplying sections 20 and 21, a loading frame mount 22 corresponding thereto, and a robot 24 which supplies required lead frames from the sections 20 and 21 to the mount 22 and the loading frame 23 thereon. A magazine 26 is provided in the section 20 so as to ascend and descend, and a magazine 27 in the section 21 in the same manner. This construction can prevent the damage of lead frames, deformation of bonding wires, disconnection, short-circuit, and the generation of defective products by blocking the contact with the magazines 26, 27 and other lead frames at the time of drawing a lead frames out of the magazines 26 and 27.
