PURPOSE:To obtain a card whose recording density and storage capacity are large by providing a connecting part to be connected to a rotation driving source of the outside of a covering material, on the rotational center part of a rotary type recording medium sheet, and forming an opening for write and read on and to the rotary type recording medium sheet, on at least one of the covering materials. CONSTITUTION:A card is constituted of a body 1, and a shutter 2 which can be slid an displaced in the direction as indicated with an arrow A by being fitted to the outside of this body 1. The shutter 2 has a slender and square sectional (a section of the direction orthogonal to the direction as indicated with the arrow A) shape, and on the parts close to both its ends, a connecting piece 3 consisting of a raised projecting piece going toward the inside is formed, and a small hole 4 is formed on the connecting piece 3. A pair of covering materials 1a, 1a form a symmetrical shape with regard to its mating face, and a circular hole 13, a reference point detecting hole 14, and a write and read opening 15 on and to a rotary type recording medium sheet are provided on a comparative near part of a stepped part 11, on its one side, and on the other side of said part, respectively.
