PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition containing a terpene hydrocarbon and a tocopherol compound as essential components, effective to recover from fatigue andgiving a moist feeling to the skin without leaving stickiness after bathing. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition contains one or more compounds selected from terpene hydrocarbons and one or more compounds selected from tocopherol compounds. The amount of the additive is 0.1-30wt%, preferably 0.5-15wt% based on the whole composition, and that of the tocopherol compound is 0.01-5wt%, preferably 0.05-5wt%. The composition is used in a manner to give a concentration of the terpene hydrocarbon of about 0.1-30ppm and that of the tocopherol compound of about 0.01-5ppm in the bath. The terpene hydrocarbon is preferably pinene, limonene, etc.
