PURPOSE:To prevent defective insulation and deterioration of characteristic by providing a piezoelectric porcelain diaphragm to an upper part of a notch hole of a printed board and connecting and fixing the diaphragm to the printed board pattern with a conductive adhesives so as to introduce the invaded adhesives to the notch by means of the capillary phenomenon diaphragm forming a space to the diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:The piezoelectric porcelain diaphragm 1 is connected and fixed to the pattern of the printed board 2 by a conductive adhesives or solder 4. The diaphragm 1 is fitted and fixed in parallel with a notch hole 8 wider than the width of the diaphragm 1 provided to the board 2. The entire part is enclosed by a protection film 5 so as to form a space to the diaphragm 1 fixed in this way and the entire part is molded by an externally mounting resin 7 such as an epoxy resin. |
