PURPOSE:To prevent the sloshing by lading flowing substance, such as paraffin, silicon oil or the like, which has lower specific gravity and higher viscosity than a cargo of liquid to be loaded inside a hold. CONSTITUTION:A flowing substance 2, such as paraffin, or silicon oil, for example, which has lower specific gravity and higher viscosity than liquid cargo 1 such as balast water, LNG, LPG, petroleum or the like is loaded inside a hold 10 together with said liquid. The flowing substance 2 which has high viscosity will then cover the surface of the liquid cargo 1, hence effectively preventing the sloshing occurring at the rolling and pitching time.
