<p>Pharmaceutical compositions having antineoplastic activity comprise as the active ingredient component a) which is at least one polyfluoroalcohol of formula I: CHF2-(CF2)n-CH2OH (I> wherein n is 3, 5, 7 or 9; and optionally component b) cholesterol. Preferably the compositions containing two and still better at least three polyfluoroalcohols. A lipophilic solvent may be present, for instance sesame oil.</p> |
