PURPOSE:To cancel jamming while to facilitate work in the following process by making the contacting face of the leading edge of paper into arched face then arranging the edge at non-folded portion of paper linearly thereby preventing hooking of following paper to said edge. CONSTITUTION:The bottom board 3 for forming a paper tray is formed into a board bent slightly upward (radius R2) where the upper face 3a or the bottom face of the paper tray is slightly bent upward into an arch. While the rising wall 4 is formed into an arch of radius R1 and the inner face 4a or the contacting face with paper is arched with radius R1. Assuming the length of the bottum plate 3 is L, the center X of radius R1 is brought within the range of 1/2l-3/4l from one end face 3' of the bottom plate 3 while made approximately half of the height of the rising wall 4. Consequently, the leading edge 6'a of the folding section 6' of paper 6 folded into two will contact along the inner face 4a of the rising wall while the edge 6''a of plain section 6'' is arranged linearly Y-Y to achieve the purpose. |
