PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a malfunction in case of a groove line profiling by constituting a titled welding machine so that in case a magnetic sensor passes through a tack welding part and outputs a high volage, it is detected and a welding torch moving device is stopped. CONSTITUTION:A shift quantity of a magnetic head 10 and a groove line S is detected by providing a magnetic sensor 1 on a truck 51 running on a rail 60, a signal corresponding to the shift quantity is compared by comparators 2, 3, a signal corresponding to its difference is outputted to a motor driving circuit 4, and a welding torch 51 is profiled to the groove line S. In this case, a reference voltage of the comparator 3 is set so as to be larger than a reference voltage of the comparator 2, and the machine is constituted so that when the magnetic head 10 outputs a large voltage by detecting a tacked weld zone B, a stop signal is outputted to a driving circuit and the motor 5 is stopped. In this way, a groove line profiling in which a malfunction by a tacked weld zone is not generated can be executed. |
