PURPOSE:To contrive simplification of a driving circuit, by construction wherein a gear for driving the first distributing gate and a gear for driving a paper- discharging roller are operated in conjunction with a motot for driving a resist roller. CONSTITUTION:With a printing key depressed, a paper-supplying roller 53 is rotated to take out a paper P from a paper-supplying cassette 13. The paper P comes into contact with the resist roller 55, whereby the leading end of the paper P is set in order. Thereafter, when a motor 121 (not shown) is driven and the first gear 122 thereon is rotated in the direction of an arrow R, the resist roller 55 is rotated, the first distributing gate 63 is moved to the solid-line position, and the paper P is wound around a platen 50, followed by a transferring action. When transfer in all colors is completed, the gear 122 is rotated in the direction of an arrow S by the motor 121 to rotate the paper-discharging roller 65. At this time, the second distributing gate 6 is set into the broken-line position. Accordingly, since the first distributing gate 63 and the paper-discharging roller 65 are operated by the driving force of the motor 121, simplication in the driving circuit can be contrived. |
