PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pedestrian protection device which effectively absorbs impact energy exerted on a pedestrian with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A pedestrian protection device 10 of a cab-over type vehicle 1 includes: a front panel 12 which is disposed on a cab front surface located below a front window 11; and an impact absorption part 15 which is disposed at a vehicle body rear side of the front panel 12 so as to form a predetermined clearance C between itself and a rear surface of the front panel 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
