PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tip folder that safely and securely folds and removes the tip edge body of the folded type cutter blade of a cutter knife.SOLUTION: A guide plate for restricting a cutter blade height is rotatably attached to one-side inlet of a rectangular outer box body opened on both sides in the depth by rotationally energizing the edge-folding body part of the rectangular outer box body opened on both sides in one direction. Upper and lower blocks are attached to the box body inlet with a gap opened slightly wider than the cutter blade thickness, and tall blade tip receiving block is attached rearward of the lower block with a blade tip folding block lower than the lower block interposed. The blade tip folding block is rotatable by oscillation on both-side positions of the lower block and is provided with an oscillation lever at one side face in a longitudinal direction. A seesaw type lever the other side of which lifts up the oscillation lever when the rear end of the blade tip receiving block is pushed down is attached rearward of the same. An operation pushbutton the lower end of which pushes down the rear end of the seesaw type lever when pushed is attached to the upper plate of the outer box body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 |
