Under a seal, and resting against a shroud (6) clamped to a pipe (8), is a plate (10) with a central hole larger than the external dia. of the pipe. One outer edge of the plate has a steel bar (1) which, when the socket is threaded over the closure, projects outwards over the base of the socket through a slot (3) in it. - In the other edge of the plate, a stop piece (5) is fitted diagonally to the fixture point of the steel bar. The steel bar end extending through the slot has a hole (2) for a lock stirrup. |
