PURPOSE:To remove an excess ink coating stain by having an ink form roller contact-rotate with a remover roller with which a doctor is equipped while the ink form roller rotates from a printing plate to an ink distribution roller. CONSTITUTION:At an interspace where an ink form roller 3 which supplies ink to the printing plate of a plate cylinder 2 from an ink distributor roller 4 through its contact-rotation with the printing plate rotates from the plate cylinder 2 back to the ink distributor roller 4, a remover roller 5 with which a doctor 6 is equipped is constituted to contact-rotate with the ink form roller 3. An excessive ink on the surface of the ink form roller is transferred by adhesion to the remover roller 5, and is removed from the roller by the doctor 6, resulting in elimination of re-adhesion to the ink form roller 3. Therefore, due to the fact hat the ink distributor roller 4 can supply ink to the ink form roller 3 which is always refreshed and has a smooth surface, not only the ink film on the ink form roller 3 but also that of the ink distributor roller 4 have uniform thickness and an occurrence of excessive ink coating stain is eliminated. |
