PURPOSE:To easily assembly a hydraulic tappet by unifying a check valve mechanism and press fitting the mechanism into an engaging hole of a plunger. CONSTITUTION:A conical valve seat 22 is formed in the middle part of a seat body 21. A valve spring 24 which presses a check ball 23, that is movable with respect to said valve seat 22, against the valve seat 22 is housed in a supporting cylinder 25. The upper end of the supporting cylinder 25 is welded on the lower face of the check body 21, whereby uniting a check valve mechanism 20. The seal body 21 of said check valve mechanism 20 is press fitted into the skirt part 11 of a plunger3 2 to connect each other. A hydraulic tappet will then be assembled easily. |
