PURPOSE:To attempt enhancement of work efficiency, in a transfer device for record disks etc. contained in bags, by pushing up products housed inside a product case by means of a pushing up means and transferring those products onto a receiving means by means of a receiving plate means. CONSTITUTION:Either righthand or lefthand product case B is transferred onto a setting bed 13 by means of holding pieces 10 by the effect of both elevating operation of a rack rod 9 and combined operation consisting of those of cylinder 11 and cylinder 12, and vise versa. Then, a pushing up rod 15 is lifted by a cylinder 14 so as to push up product A houses inside the product case B, and a receiving plate 16 is moved thereunder by the operation of cylinder so as to have the product A loaded thereon. Thereafter, the receiving plate 16 moves in the reverse direction toward a belt conveyor D, support rods 19 descend by the action of a cylinder 18 to retain the outer periphery of the product A. The receiving plate 16 moves onto the setting bed 13 again, but the product A is transferred onto a conveyor D. |
