PURPOSE:To save practicably the energy cost by providing a timer by which a trommel of the inside of a water vessel is driven in setting a timely interval to a prime mover rotating the trommel. CONSTITUTION:In a treatment apparatus recovering an aggregate from a green concrete apparatus, a timer 30 which is turned to on-off in setting a timely interval is provided to a prime mover 28 rotating a trommel 1 of a water vessel 14. By this method the energy cost is saved as much as possible and the clog ging of the trommel due to the solidification of cement of the inside of the trommel is prevented.
