PURPOSE:To improve the isolation between a local oscillation terminal and an RF signal terminal by adopting the circuit constitution that a local oscillation signal interrupting circuit is connected between a strip/slot converter having the RF signal terminal and two diodes. CONSTITUTION:The RF signal inputted from a terminal 1 is converted from a signal on a strip line into a signal on two slot lines by the strip/slot converter 1 and given to the two diodes 2 through a local oscillation signal interrupting circuit 6. Further, the local oscillation signal inputted from a terminal 2 is converted from a signal on the strip line into a signal inputted from a terminal 2 is converted from a signal on the strip line into a signal on the two slot lines by a strip/slot converter 3 and the fed to the two diodes 2. The local oscillation signal through the two diodes 2 is subject to short-circuit by a local oscillation interruption circuit 6. Further, the intermediate frequency signal generated in the two diodes 2 passes through the strip/slot converter 3 and a slot low pass filter 4, converted into a signal on the strip line from the signal on the two slot lines by a slot/strip converter 5 and the result is outputted from a terminal 3.
