PURPOSE:To improve sealing performance, by fixing one end of a sealing member, having a section in an almost circular arc shape and elasticity, to one of the peripheral part of an impeller, performing a heat exchange, or the internal peripheral part of a partitioning plate and sliding the other one with the other end of the sealing member. CONSTITUTION:An impeller 5 provides in its peripheral part a sealing member 9, formed in a ring-shape with a section in an almost circular arc shape further with elasticity, to be slided with the internal peripheral part of a partitioning plate 8 arranged in the periphery of the impeller 5. Consequently, a sealing device, separating air of two kinds to be prevented from mixing, enables air- tightness to be enhanced as compared with a conventional sealing material by a nonwoven fabric of felt or the like.
