PURPOSE:To prevent a fiber from shifting in position after adjustment by providing a lens holder for each element lens, and providing a supporting means which supports an element lens so that it is displaceable at right angles to the optical axis of a corresponding image fiber and in two mutually different direction and its position adjusting means. CONSTITUTION:A position adjusting screw 66A is screwed in or out to move an element lens holding sleeve 62 in the (x) direction at right angles to the optical axis of an image fiber against a coil spring 64 or with its spring force. Further, a position adjusting screw 66B is screwed in or out to move the sleeve 62 in the (y) direction. Thus, the position adjusting screws 66A and 66B are are screwed in or out to adjust the position of the element lens holding sleeve 62 in the (x) and (y) directions and align the optical axis of the element lens 60 to the optical axis of an image fiber 54, and the element holding sleeve 62 is held and fixed with the coil spring 64 and position adjusting screws 66A and 66B after the position adjustment.
