PURPOSE:To improve efficiency and broaden controllable range by sliding an inner cylinder up and down arbitrarily. CONSTITUTION:A slidable inner cylinder 16 is installed in the lower part of an outer cylinder 11 via a guide section 11b. A joint in the inside wall between the inner cylinder 16 and the outer cylinder 11 is done by a system of concavo- convex fitting. And a vane 17 inserted into a rotor 15 and capable of appearing and disappearing freely is designed to slide smoothly. A pressure introduction chamber 18 is installed at the lower part of the inner cylinder 16 so that high pressure for discharge can be introduced. This constitution enables change of theoretical suction capacity, and eventually enables improvement of efficiency and broadening of controllable range.
