PURPOSE:To make it possible to reset and reraise a terminal equipment in a remote place by a center device while continuing smoothly the operation of the whole of a system even at a trouble time, by providing the terminal equipment with an auxiliary processor and a memory for reception data delayed read. CONSTITUTION:An auxiliary processor 6 and a reception data memory 8 are provided in a terminal equipment 12, and the processor 6 performs processings behind a main processor 4 and monitors periodically the operation condition of the main processor 4 to detect the operation abnormality. If a trouble occurs in the processor 4, the processor 6 reports it to a center device 11, and the device 11 displays 'the main processor is abnormal and the auxiliary processor is normal' to report this state to a maintenance man or an operator. Then, the processor switching operation is performed, and the processor 6 takes over the control of the whole of the terminal equipment 12, and it is reported to the device 11 that the processor 6 becomes the main processor. Thus, the terminal equipment 12 in a remote place can be reset and rerisen by the center device while continuing smoothly the operation of the whole of the system even at the trouble time.
