PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent light shield screen which has no residue at an unexposed part by irradiating a photosensitive resin composition material layer slantingly with parallel active light rays through a transparent image carrier which has a pattern for through part formation, and removing the unexposed part and forming numbers of fine slanting through parts. CONSTITUTION:Active light rays generated by a high-voltage mercury vapor lamp 9 are reflected and converged by a parabolic mirror to reach a half-mirror 10, which removes near infrared rays and reflects ultraviolet-visible rays, so that the ultraviolet-visible rays are transmitted through a compound eye lens 11. The rays transmitted through the lens 11 have a uniform intensity distribution and are projected on the parabolic mirror 12 to generate homogeneous parallel light, which is guided out of an optical system. Then, the constitution body B for light shield screen production consisting of the image carrier 14 with the specific pattern, photosensitive resin composition material layer 15, and base 16 is rotated to irradiate the parallel light slantingly at an angle which is an angle gamma off the vertical and expose the photosensitive resin layer 15; and the base 16 is detached and then the unexposed part is removed.
