PURPOSE:To enable accurate and easy measurement, by extending a pair of liquid spotting holes along the length of porous liquid distributing members while air vents are arranged outerward from liquid receiving holes located outermost-side to prevent overflow of a liquid from an upper frame. CONSTITUTION:An upper frame 500 is provided with liquid spotting holes 510 and 520 piercing porous liquid distributing members 410 and 420 and air vents 531, 532, 541 and 542 while the liquid spotting holes 510 and 520 are extended separately along the length of the porous liquid distributing members 410 and 420. The air vents 531, 532, 541 and 542 are arranged separately outerward from liquid receiving holes 311, 313, 321 and 323 located outermost-side provided on a non-water permeable member layer 300 along the length of the porous liquid distributing members 410 and 420. This can prevent the overflow of refer ence liquid or sample liquid in large amount during the distribution thereof even when the reference liquid is spotted to the liquid spotting hole 510 or the sample liquid done to the liquid spotting hole 520. |
