PURPOSE:To shorten the cut length of bead and to prevent bead from getting clogged, by fitting a plurality of notch bites for cracking and cutting bead to a roller, in case that bead produced inside of an electric welded tube at the time when an electro-united tube is processed, is scraped off. CONSTITUTION:Four pieces of tilted notch bite (helical bite) 19 are fitted to a notch roller 18, and notch scratching work is performed by these notch bites 19 to beads formed inside of an electric welded tube. The notch bite 19 is composed such that a tip 21 and a fitting part 22 are monolithically composed, with the tip 21 being slanted along with a tube shaft when a notch roller 18 is fitted to a notch holder 5. Accordingly, the beads 2 can be scraped off by an internal bead bite, and clogging of bead can be prevented by shortening the cut length of them. |
