PURPOSE:To improve an assembling ability and a service to attain a compact size by having a structure attaching parts from an upper part, holding a rear part of a mechanical deck by a holding section of an arch shape of a chassis frame body and slidably mounting a main base plate between this holding part and a bottom face. CONSTITUTION:In case of inspecting and repairing a main base plate unit 17, a screw 16b is removed, the unit 17 is drawn out rearward and an end of both side reinforcing plate 21 is inserted into a temporarily fastening hole 11c of a bottom face 11a of a chassis frame body 11. Thereby, the unit 17 is temporarily held at a predetermined angle to carry out an inspection operations and the like easily. In the inspection and the repair of a bottom part of a mechanical deck 12, a screw 16a is removed, and a temporarily fixing piece 12a of the mechanical deck 12 is inserted into a temporarily fixing hole 15a of a holding part 15. Thereby, the piece 12a and an attaching section 13 hold a longitudinal side section 15d of the part 14, and the mechanical deck 12 is temporarily fixed and held to easily carry out an inspecting operation and the like.
