PURPOSE:To produce the titled frit having excellent adhesivity and appearance, and bakable at a relatively low temperature, by adding at least one kind of component selected from NiO, CoO, CuO and MnO2 to a specific matrix glass. CONSTITUTION:6.0-40.0wt% SiO2, 15.0-40.0wt% B2O3, 7.5-30.0wt% Al2O3, 18.0-30.0wt% CaO+Na2O+Li2O (0-12mol% of the O in the oxide is substituted with F2), and 0.5-5.0wt% one or more metal oxides selected from 0-5.0wt% NiO, 0-3.0wt% CoO, 0-3.0wt% CuO and 0-3.0wt% MnO2, are thoroughly crushed and mixed, melted and vitrified by baking, melted at 800-1,300 deg.C for 1-4hr, thrown into water to quench the mixture and pulverized to obtain the objective frit.
