摘要 PURPOSE:To suppress an extra bit which is apt to occur after the completion of data transmission by eliminating the occurrence of high frequency component when completing the transmission of carrier and securing a normal transmission to the last bit of a data signal. CONSTITUTION:By an OR circuit 12, the logical sum of a Q output 403 of a D flip-flop 10 and an output 405 of the D flip-flop is obtained, by which an output 406 is obtained. An AND circuit 3 is controlled by this output 406 to obtain an AND output 407. Therefore, even when the transmission control signal 202 turns from on to off, a half-cycle signal equal to a modulated wave 201 is outputted from the AND circuit 3, and accordingly the last half-cycle signal does not become shorter than the modulated wave 201. As a result, the occurrence of high frequency component is eliminated and no transmission thereof is performed.
