摘要 PURPOSE:To work a medium necking component without shaving cutting allowance with less die wear in less man/hour by transferring a regular sized blank to the interstage cavity in order at the upper and lower dies releasing time and by inserting a punch from both side parts of the cavity at the upper and lower dies joining time with a squeezing. CONSTITUTION:The first cam peak is formed inside cavities 11, 21 by inserting and squeezing both sides punches 6, 6' at the upper and lower dies 1', 2' joining time and by putting a regular sized blank 3' into the cavity 21 at the upper and lower dies 1', 2' releasing time in the die forging of the medium nacking component of a cam shaft, etc. The second cam peak is then formed with transferring to the cavity 22 at the upper and lower dies 1', 2' releasing time and with the squeezing of both sides punches 7, 7' at the upper and lower dies 1', 2' descending time. A stepped shaft and flange part are formed by the final cavities 13, 23 similarly. The component without burr is forged and formed quickly in less man/hour with less temp. decline, the product of high accuracy is made with good yield and small pressing force and the wear of dies is reduced.
