PURPOSE:To quicken the leating to the transmission state by providing a transistor (TR) applying a drive current to an antenna at transmission and applying an idling base current to the TR at reception. CONSTITUTION:A proper base voltage is fed to a base of a TR Q4 and an idling base current I flows in a transmission power stage 7 by conducting a TR Q5. A DC angenna idling current having a proper value flows to a coil L0 of a ferrite bar antenna 1 via the TR Q4 by using the base current I. In this state, the output of the TR Q4 responds to the input change to the base in this state without almost any delay.
