PURPOSE:The titled compsn. with excellent electrical conductivity, rustproofness, impact resistance and grab capable of electrostatic coating and spot welding, which comprises an epoxy resin and a carbon chop. CONSTITUTION:To 100pts.wt. epoxy resin are added 5-15pts.wt. carbon fiber chop of 2.5-25mm in length and if necessary, a synthetic rubber such as butadiene rubber as a sagging-inhibiting and oil face-grabbing agent, a filler, an additive, etc. and the resultant mixture is kneaded by heating under pressure. EFFECT:An electrically conductive thermosetting adhesive compsn. with specific volume resistance <=10<6>OMEGAcm, excellent electrical conductivity and good workability while with relatively little increased specific gravity is obtd.
