PURPOSE:To obtain a product free from deformation in a skin sheet and excellent in reproduction of a corner part by a method wherein a hard backing layer is adhered to the back of a soft skin layer to form the skin sheet and resin base material is in molded on the back of the hard backing layer. CONSTITUTION:A skin sheet is laminated by the hard backing layer 4 on the back of a soft skin layer 2 through an adhesive layer 3 and adhesive agent 5 is applied to the backing layer 4. A sheet 1 is formed by a vacuum forming mold into the vacuum forming sheet 9 having a given shape and punched by a cutter 11. The punched sheet 9 is put between in-mold forces 11, 12, resin base material 13 is injected and the base material 13 is adhered and fixed to the adhesive layer 5. In this method, it is possible to obtain an in-mold product free from deformation in the skin sheet and excellent in reproducibility of corner parts.
